Gary knows Queen Creek inventory better than anyone else we spoke to. We looked at probably a dozen properties before finding the right one, and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. When we finally found it and went to offer, he coached us on how to structure things without overbidding, which mattered a lot in that price range. Exactly what you want from a top realtor.
