Gary sold our North Scottsdale home in one week. Of course not all sales will be as fast as our home sale, but we owe it all to him. Rather than have a third-party buy our worn out house for a low-ball price, Gary gave estimates of repairs and upgrades for comparison. We realized we would gain about $60,000 more by doing the repairs and selling at a higher price. Within just a few days, Gary and his team immediately began emailing estimates from flooring, roofing, painting, and handyman professionals. They were all reputable, licensed, insured, and affordable. Gary and his team even suggested lighting fixtures and finishes that we purchased ourselves. He even sent us links to buy the items online. He made everything easy. Gary coordinated all the contractors as I was out of state. He sent photos and videos of the work. What I thought would take three to four months was completed within about six weeks. Gary located a house cleaner who was very reasonably priced to do the final touches. We signed the sales contract and received an offer about a week later. Soon after, my wife and I signed closing documents through a title company that Gary selected. I am a physician who works in Coronado Island (San Diego). My day was packed with patient appointments. Despite my giving them short notice, the title company arranged for the notary to meet my wife and me on the island for signing. The entire experience was surreal. Gary is honest, efficient, fast, friendly, and pays attention to detail. His marketing skills are second to none. He is passionate about helping his customers. and takes immense satisfaction at fixing an old house and making it sparkle and shine. Thank you Gary, from the bottom of our hearts.

Our experience with Gary Wales at AZ Real Experts was flawless. Gary made everything easy and stress free for us as sellers.
